Where do you ship?

We deliver to the major regions of the world. Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout depending on where in you are located.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, the shipping rates page may show an approximate delivery time, contact us for an accurate time calculation.

Duty and Customs

Customs duties or VAT that may be imposed by the receiving country are the buyers responsibility.

Please check with your local authorities before ordering. In most cases, we assist with clearance and declaration if you note us before.


Youre are sold out, when will you restocked?

If we are sold out, please add your email to our waitlist for fast notification.

Are you doing custom scales for "knife name"?

Email us, it may already be there but not published, or it is in the testing phase, or there are too many orders. Many scales are gone at the pre-order stage.

Do you make scales for left hand carry?

If it's permissible, we do it. Ambidexter, right handed, left handed or no holes at all.

How to replace scales?

Every knife is different and requires some basic tools and knowledge.

Knife entusiast, must have tools:

  • T6, T8, T9, T10 torx screwdrivers
  • Knife pivot lube
  • Loctite or equivalent


What is your warranty policy?

We guarantee that all Custom Knife Scales products are free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. If your product is defective, we will repair it, replace it, or replace it with another product of equal value.

How long is your warranty?

Lifetime, we are confident in the quality.
If a warranty claim occurs we repair our products regardless of the date of purchase.

Does the warranty cover wear and tear?

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear arising from the use of the knife.

Also damage caused by improper handling, negligence, improper installation, lack of care, or ripping out is not covered by our warranty.

If you don't know how to install the product or think you might damage it in the process, we'll be to assist you.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Please start your return from your account page. If you don't have an account, send us an email and we'll take care of you.


What is your return policy?

We offer a full refund and will cover shipping on returns within 65 days of purchase, with some exclusions and conditions:

  • Products must have been purchased through
  • Limited Editions should be returned within seven days of the delivery date.
  • Exact exchanges for limited cannot be guaranteed.
  • The product is in its original state. Damaged items or parts that have been installed may only be eligible for a partial refund.
  • No counterfeit products

    Your return must be shipped back to us within 65 days from when we send the Return Merchandise Authorization. After 65 days, we cannot accept the return. The RMA number will be void, and we will remove exchanges on hold.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to be processed through your financial institution but may take more time depending on when your billing period ends.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, usually we ask you to return the item you have, you get a some new one, if you want to upgrade to a different model we will charge you store credit.
